Working cycle of electric motor recycling machine:
1. Wrecking the aluminium or cast iron motor housing and removal of the anchor/rotor;
2. Splitting the stator or transformer block in 2 parts;
3. Separating iron and copper of the stator by means of a hydraulic operation.
We offer three types of electric motor recycling systems for you to choose:
Single platform equipment – This system has one motor set to either crack the outer cast or extract the copper.
Double platform equipment – This system has two motors with a different platform for copper extraction and cast cracking.
Triple platform equipment – This system has three motors, so it can break the cast, split the strators, and extract the precious metals all on one machine.
